2. Pace of the lesson: Many language schools teach in a pretty intense manner. Choose a school that moves as per your speed of learning. A demo class is provided at most Japanese institutes which will give you a fair idea what you may expect for the rest of the course. Most students like a fast pace but it could be a source of frustration later on. This is a crucial step as there is generally a ton of homework and preparation for the next class that is required on a daily basis. A fast pace of teaching will see you lagging behind incrementally.
3. Methodology of teaching: Look for a school that conducts a lot of drills
through teacher’s prompts and examples. Such a system of teaching helps learn
language easily while making it fun to learn as well.
4. Special courses: All schools have a general course which will make you conversant in
Japanese. Only a few Japanese institutes provide specialisations that will help
you find a better job and reach in the market.
5. Schedule:
Any Japanese institute in Delhi runs
on a strict schedule which may or may not settle well with any other course
that you are doing or your time. A few have flexible schedules as well that are
designed to be heavier towards the evening. This will allow you to hold a job
or do a degree course while learning Japanese easily.
